What does UX mean?
UX stands for "user experience" — what someone expects to happen when they use your app or website to get something done, versus what actually happens. When those match, the product feels easy. When they don't, people get stuck, give up partway through, or leave and don't come back. Closing that gap is what our audits and design work are for.

Do you work outside Cape Town?
Yes. We're based in Cape Town and work with clients across South Africa — most of the process happens remotely.
What does WCAG 2.2 AA mean?
It's the current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standard most legislation and procurement policies reference — covering things like keyboard navigation, screen reader support and colour contrast. It's what our audits check against.
